Torus moves onto Wrocław hotel market
The Leipziger Palace is to be renamed Altus
POLAND TriCity-based office developer Torus is planning a hotel project at ul. Wierzbowa 15 in Wrocław.

The historic Leipziger Palace, which retains some of its marble and gilded interiors, is to be converted into a five-star hotel under the name of Altus Palace with 91 guest rooms, conference facilities, a restaurant with a bar and a spa area. The building permit has not yet been granted, but the new hotel is scheduled to open in H1 2019. The design for the reconstruction and revitalisation is by architectural studio Archikon Anna Kościuk.
