CPI sells Budaörs Office Park
Budaörs Office Park comprises 18,512 sqm of gross space
HUNGARY Czech real estate investor CPI Property Group has announced that it has sold the Budaörs Office Park in Pest county on the western outskirts of Budapest.
The sale of the property, which was structured as a share deal transaction, was to an unidentified Hungarian real estate fund for an undisclosed sum. Budaörs Office Park comprises a built-up area of 18,512 sqm over a plot of almost 2.4 ha.
