Turto Bankas sells Vilnius land

LITHUANIA Turto Bankas has put two plots in Vilnius up for sale, on which commercial and residential projects could be built.

A total of 25 ha is being sold on Rukainių street near Lake Nemėžis and Pavilnis Park in the city’s Kalnėnai district. The bank has already applied for the land, which is currently set aside for military usage, to be rezoned.

The bank is also selling 18.5 ha in the city’s Paneriai district in Vilnius, Under the local zoning plan the land could be used for office, production and logistics developments.
