Papa John's enters Warsaw
23 Pizzerias are to open in Poland
POLAND The Papa John's American pizza chain has opened its first restaurant at ul. Kijowska 1 in Warsaw with a further 23 to be opened over the next few years in a franchise operation.

The brand has been bought to Poland by PJ Western Investments, which currently operates 114 Papa John's restaurants in Russia and Belarus. The company has further plans to expand into Eastern Europe and Central Asia “We are very excited about establishing and expanding the Papa John’s pizza brand in Poland, and we plan to open new locations in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan soon as well,” said Christopher Wynne co-owner and CEO of PJ Western. Papa John's International is the world's third-largest pizza delivery company. The company is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. It has over 5,000 restaurants across 45 markets.
