POLAND The Raffles Europejski Warsaw hotel is now open for bookings. The hotel, which is scheduled to reopen in the next few weeks after extensive renovations, will be the twelfth hotel of the Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand in the world.

The history of the brand goes back to 1887, when the Raffles hotel in Singapore was opened. It now has locations in Paris, Dubai and the Seychelles. Raffles Europejski Warsaw will comprise 106 rooms in seven categories, with prices starting from PLN 1,080 per night for the basic deluxe rooms, which have areas of up to 45 sqm.

Guests requiring more space can opt for the Junior, Grand and Signature suites, in which the sleeping area is separated from the living space. The interior design of the rooms is inspired by local craft traditions and the Art Deco style. The cost of stay in a Junior Suite starts from PLN 2,180, while in a Grand suite the price is PLN 2,780 and PLN 3,980 for the Signature suites. The largest apartments are the Raffles Suite and the Presidential Suite, both of which have areas of 300 sqm and up to three bedrooms. The rooms are decorated with custom-made furnishings featuring references to Polish history and art. The Presidential Suite includes the historic Pompeian Room, which was mentioned in Bolesław Prus’s novel ‘The Doll’. Prices for a stay in the Raffles and Presidential suites start at PLN 16,280 per night.

The hotel will also offer the Raffles Spa, including a swimming pool, fitness club and cigar lounge, the Lourse Warszawa patisserie, the Long Bar and the Europejski Grill restaurant. Each of the guests will have use of the hotel's limousines, butler service and an ‘art concierge’, who will not only act as a a guide to the most interesting works of art in the hotel’s collection, but will also be on hand to recommend other exhibitions in Warsaw’s museums and galleries.

“Booking inquiries for rooms in the Raffles Europejski Warsaw have been coming in virtually constantly since the very beginning of the restoration work. We are happy that we can finally offer the rooms and apartments to our guests and will be able to welcome them to the hotel soon,” comments Grzegorz Włodarczyk, the sales and marketing director of Raffles Europejski Warsaw.
