Aroma under construction
The Henryk Bienenthal yeast factory is to be converted into a 78-apartment building
POLAND Finnish developer YIT has begun construction work on the first stage of its Aroma Park project in Warsaw's Białołęka district.

The historic Henryk Bienenthal yeast factory from the early 20th century is to be converted into a residential building with 78 apartments. The project also includes one service outlet and 95 parking spaces. Apartment sales have already begun. “The project combines the historic site with the Finnish approach to construction, so Aroma Park will be an ideal place to live for all those who enjoy the outdoors as well as peace and quiet and historic settings,” says Tomasz Konarski, the president of the board of YIT Poland. The estate is being built on a 3 ha site at ul. Klasyków 10 next to Henrykowski Park. The first stage of the project is being constructed by general contractor Unibep. The design of the estate is by Kaps Architekci.
