NAI to manage Kupiec Poznański
Centrum Handlowo-Biurowe Kupiec Poznański was opened in 2001
POLAND NAI Estate Fellows has been appointed to manage the Kupiec Poznański retail and office building.

“We are pleased with the trust that the owner has placed in us by handing the property over to us to manage. Our facility management services include the operational management, as well as financial and marketing services. In the near future we will be looking at how the office building and shopping centre function and suggest changes and optimisations,” says Patrycja Masiarek, a director at NAI Estate Fellows. Centrum Handlowo-Biurowe Kupiec Poznański was opened in 2001. The six-storey building with an area of 30,000 sqm has three floors of retail space, three levels of office space and has an underground car park with 150 spaces as well as a further 100 for tenants. The largest tenants are Enel-Med Clinic, C&A, Biedronka, Poczta Polska, Monnari, Bialcon, and Molton. “Kupiec Poznański is the second large-scale development to be managed by NAI Estate Fellows in Poznań with the first being Zajezdnia Poznań. It is also the third retail centre management contract that NAI Estate Fellows has won this year. We are pleased that a centre of such high repute in the very centre of Poznań has joined our portfolio,” says Bartosz Pustuł, president of the board of NAI Estate Fellows. The asset is owned by a group of private investors through SPV company Kupiec Poznański Real Estate.
