Mennica Legacy Towers is a Golub Gethouse development
POLAND The Mennica Legacy Tower in Warsaw has been nominated for the BREEAM Awards 2018 organised by the Building Research Establishment (BRE).

The Golub GetHouse project, which is jointly being developed by Mennicą Polską [the Polish Mint] has been nominated in the Regional Awards for Central and Eastern Europe. The winner of the award will be announced at a gala on March 6th in London. The Building Research Institute, has been on the market since 1921. The shortlist of nominations for this year’s award was chosen by an independent jury, which chose from all the buildings that underwent certification from December 1st 2017 until January 30th of the same year. Mennica Legacy Tower is one of six finalists for the ,"Regional Awards. Central and Eastern Europe”, and was the first office tower in Poland to be granted an 'Outstanding' rating under BREEAM 2013 for new construction. “We are exceptionally proud of the BREEAM Awards 2018 nomination. It is a confirmation of the highest standards, which we applied during the development. We follow energy saving principles in our projects and apply user friendly solutions that have a significant effect on the running costs of our tenants and also on their comfort,” said Czarek Jarząbek, the founder of Golub GetHouse.
