Hagag to develop by the lakeside
Hagag is to develop a total of 17 buildings
ROMANIA Hagag Development Europe is investing over EUR 90 mln in H Pipera Lake, its first residential project in Bucharest.

The development is the largest residential project that the company is developing in Romania.

The 17-building complex will be built on a 5.7 ha plot and will deliver a total useable area of 120,000 sqm, over three construction phases with 1,350 residential units ranging from double studios to two-bedroom apartments. The design for the project is by Razvan Barsan+Partners Architecture Office. The development will also include 1,600 parking spaces and the ground floor apartments will include private gardens.

”The first apartments will be listed for sale at the Real Estate Salon that is to be held at the Parliament Palace, on March 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Over these three days we will present a series of special offers to our first buyers" declared Andreea Hamza, the marketing manager of Hagag Development Europe.

The construction work for H Pipera Lake is to start this spring and the first five buildings will include 390 apartments ranging in size from 55 sqm up to 97 sqm. The first buildings will be delivered in the second half of 2019.
