Atenor completes fourth Vaci Greens building
Four buildings in the Vaci Greens complex have already been sold
HUNGARY Atenor has completed the development of the fourth stage of its Vaci Greens project in Budapest.

The building, which was forward sold in 2017 to a Hungarian investment fund was delivered in January 2018, within deadline and to therequired quality standards. The final payment tranche for the sale was made on February 28th. The 15,650 sqm building is already 60 pct to tenants that include Unilever, Aon and Atos while the ground floor commercial units are occupied by a variety of restaurant chains offering quality services to the entire campus.

The Vaci Green campus was the first project in the Hungarian capital to be awarded BREEAM "Excellent" certification in 2011. The first four buildings on the campus have all been sold. Two buildings still remain to be developed on the campus, which should eventually total 130,000 sqm. Construction work is to commence as soon as planning permits are granted.

Due to the four initial sales, Atenor has realised total income of around EUR185 mln.

Atenor has expanded its portfolio with the addition of two new projects in Bucharest (DACIA – 12,000 sqm and @Expo – 40,000 sqm) and a new project in Budapest (Arena Business Campus – 80,000 sqm).
