Permit granted for Bohemia
Bohemia is to be developed on the site of the former Pollena Uroda factory
POLAND The final building permit has been granted to Okam for the construction of the first stage of the residential section of the Bohema complex in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district.

Three buildings, which are designed to fit into the existing architecture of the historic site, are to be built. Two are to have six storeys and the third building is to have four. This stage will comprise a total of 303 apartments with areas ranging from 27 sqm to 135 sqm and prices between PLN 7,900 and PLN 9,500 per sqm. Construction work will begin at the end of March and should be completed by the end of Q4 2019. The Bohema complex is to be a mixed use centre with office, retail, and residential space and it will include both new and a number of renovated buildings from the former Pollena Uroda factory.

“We have already sold over 40 pct of the apartments in the first stage,” saus Arie Koren, the CEO of Okam Capital. The development is next to the Szwedzka metro station, which is currently being constructed.
