K&H finances Advance
Advance Tower is BREEAM and WELL certified
HUNGARY Futureal Group has signed a EUR 34.2 mln credit agreement with K&H Bank to finance the development of the Advance Tower office building in Budapest 13.

The first phase of the office complex, which has been awarded WELL Platinum pre-certification is expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2018.

The loan has a ten-year term and the development costs of the two-stage project should come to EUR 68 mln.

The first phase of Advance Tower will comprise 11,900 sqm with delivery scheduled for June this year. The 8,000 square meter second stage of the project will be handed over in the second half of 2019.

The 8-storey building designed by Mérték Architectural is BREEAM certified. It will have a decentralised hot water supply, a roof garden with a smart irrigation system, a low-emission temperature control system, and electric car charging stations.

“Our collaboration with K&H Bank will contribute to the successful development of Advance Tower. This office complex, which will make a positive impact on employees’ wellbeing, is a herald of a new generation of office buildings not only in Hungary, but throughout all of Europe,” said Gábor Futó, founder of the Futureal Group.

“As a leading bank in Hungary in the corporate segment, K&H Bank considers it important to havea significant role in financing the domestic real estate development sector. We are particularly proud of being involved in developing an innovative building complex that fulfills the highest sustainability standards,” said Péter Hodina head of the corporate distribution directorate at K&H Bank Zrt.
