Jusda stays for more in Pardubice
CTP Park Pardubice II covers 8 ha
CZECH REPUBLIC Logistics company Jusda Europe, has renewed and extended its current lease in CTPark Pardubice II.
The company, which was formerly Foxconn’s logistics division Global Logistics Solutions before it was taken over by Hong Kong based carrier Jusda International a year ago, now leases 37,389 sqm of warehouse and office space as the sole tenant of the park.

“We are happy to see that Jusda Europe is strengthening its position in the country and especially in the Pardubice region. Thanks to the flexibility on both sides of the transaction we have been able to successfully close this deal, which is one of the largest on the market over the last twelve months,” remarked Miroslav Kotek, an associate director in JLL’s industrial agency in the Czech Republic, which represented the tenant during the negotiations.
