Prologis sells Hungarian park

HUNGARY Prologis has sold the Prologis Park Hegyeshalom logistics park in the north-west of the country to Hungarian logistics services provider Horváth Rudolf Intertransport.

The transaction includes a fully leased class A logistics facility totalling 32,300 sqm on 24 ha of land. “Our strategy is to focus on high-barrier markets that show strong demand amid low vacancy. In line with this principle, we will continue to focus on core locations in the greater Budapest area,” said László Kemenes, the country manager of Prologis Hungary. JLL represented Prologis while Deloitte advised Horvath Rudolf. The park is located in the so-called “magic triangle” close to the Austrian and Slovak borders with motorway access to Bratislava (M15), Vienna and Budapest (M1).
