Spring opening for Tychy
It's official; the mall is starting its operations on the first day of spring at 9.00 am
POLAND The first shopping centre in Tychy is to open on March 21st. The construction of Gemini Park has taken almost two years.

“It's official; the mall is starting its operations on the first day of spring at 9.00 am. The shopping arcade and car park will be opened on this day as well as all the stores, restaurants, cafés and service outlets in the shopping centre. There will be nearly 130 stores in total opening on March 21st,” says Tomasz Misztalewski, the director of the centre. Finishing and cleaning work is currently underway in the shopping arcade. The food court, which is to include seven restaurants, is also taking shape. Work on the car park, which is to have spaces for 1,100 vehicles, is also being completed. “Most of the tenants have already taken over their premises and are now fitting out their stores. Supplies to the stores are to start over the next few weeks,” says Tomasz Misztalewski. The two-storey mall will have an area of over 36,600 sqm.

Gemini Park Tychy is being developed by Gemini Holding, which also owns Gemini Park Bielsko and Gemini Park Tarnów. Aspenn was responsible for the lease of the centre.

Tenants will include H&M, TK Maxx, Cropp, Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, House, Diverse, Orsay, Medicine, Silesia Jeans, CCC, Deichmann, KiK, Gatta, Lavard, Good Label, Ochnik, Vistula , Wólczanka, Triumph, Greenpoint, Quiosque, Monnari, Big Star, Ryłko and Wojas
