Carry leases 1,900 sqm in Młociny
Galeria Młociny will have 220 stores and service outlets

POLAND Polish fashion brand Carry has leased almost 1,900 sqm on two floors in the Galeria Młociny shopping centre in Warsaw.

“We’ve managed to create the perfect place to present the latest trends and collections on the lower floor. One of the store’s distinguishing features is the impressive size of its windows, which are 7.5m tall,” says Tomasz Domoń, a regional leasing manager at Echo Investment.

Carry has been on the market for almost 20 years and currently numbers 130 stores. Its range of products includes not only clothing but also footwear, underwear and accessories.

Galeria Młociny will have 220 stores and service outlets, as well as 6,000 sqm of offices, a medical centre, a number of play areas for children, a fitness centre, restaurants and cafés, a trampoline park and a multiplex cinema. The mall project, which is owned by a joint venture of Echo Polska Properties (70 pct) and Echo Investment (30 pct), is set to open in March 2019. The centre is currently 75 pct leased with Echo Investment being responsible for the commercialisation.
