Radisson to open next to Vilnius airport

This 120-room hotel will be the group’s sixth hotel in Lithuania, and the fourth in the city. Currently the group operates two Radisson Blu hotels in the city and also plans to open a Radisson RED. Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio in the entire Baltics States will rise to 18 hotels with more than 4,100 rooms.

The Park Inn by Radisson Vilnius Airport Hotel, located within the VNO Business and Retail Park (which is under development by VPH), is just 300m from Vilnius International Airport and 6km from the city centre. The hotel will include a restaurant, a lobby lounge and a gym as well as 500 sqm of flexible meeting space.

The Park Inn by Radisson Vilnius Airport Hotel & Business Center will be managed and operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group.The hotel will be built next to the first Ikea store in the Baltics and in Belarus and next to the Nordika shopping centre.
The hotel is a joint project of VPH – developer, Investment company Orion Securities and Marius Jakulis Jason, who owns such hotels in Vilnius as Radisson Blu Royal Astorija Hotel and Kempinski Hotel Cathedral Square. VPH will invest EUR 80 mln in the project.
VPH’s headquarters is in Vilnius, the company also operates in Riga and Toronto.
