POLAND Knight Frank has been reappointed to manage the Za Bramką office building in Poznań.

The owner and investor of the building is the Wielkopolskie Investment Support Centre (WCWI). “We have been with this development since the very beginning, that's why we are doubly pleased that the owner has chosen us to manage it again. The office building is currently 97 pct leased,” says Maja Meissner, the regional director at Knight Frank responsible for the company’s Poznań office. The office building was completed in 2016 and is a key element in the urban revitalisation plan of the pl. Kolegiacki square. The building, designed by Ultra Architects, includes over 16,000 sqm of commercial space on seven floors, and its tenants include Municipal Urban Planning Studio, TomTom and Agora. The city of Poznań city council is a shareholder in WCWI, which is tasked with furthering the development of Poznań and the region by attracting investors and providing investment support.
