Tomek graduated from the faculty of modern languages at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he also started his journalist career in the late 1980s. He has worked in the real estate press since 2005, covering the residential market for ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine as well as the new technologies and property management sectors. Sometimes he can be heard on Polish Radio 2, where he reviews the press on the morning programme. At other times he can be seen in the Bieszczady or Beskid Niski mountains, where he enjoys rambling with no fixed purpose or destination in mind.

Jerozolimskie anew
POLAND Interior renovation work has been completed on the reception area of building D of Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw in a project that has taken over a year.

The restaurant and conference rooms have been improved, while offices for short-term leases have also been created. The changes are aimed at improving the prestige of the complex as well as its comfort of use. A new green area has been added as well as facilities for cyclists (such as lockers, showers and bicycle racks). Buildings A, B and C now have completely new lobbies with moss walls, as well as conference rooms, new restaurant space and a public meeting place. The seating area includes a library where new books are delivered monthly by the Prószyński publishing house. “The latest amenities have been provided in response to the needs of our clients,” explains Rafał Nowicki, the CEO of Apollo-Rida, which is responsible for the management of the complex.
