The complex, which is to be built in Riga’s Marupe district
LATVIA Developer Vastint Latvia has signed a contract with PK Serviss for site preparation work for its Lindenholma residential complex project.

The complex, which is to be built in Riga’s Marupe district between Kārļa Ulmaņa avenue and the streets of Daibes and Lielo, has been designed as a new urban lifestyle concept where city-style apartment buildings feature elements of suburban homes.

Six buildings are to be constructed in the first stage with a total of 209 apartments. The apartments will be fully fitted out in different design styles with each apartment having a terrace or a balcony. The estate will also include green areas and an inner courtyard.

Eventually, the estate should have over 650 apartments and a multi-storey car park.

“Vastint Latvia is planning to begin the sales of the first apartments once work on the construction of the buildings has been launched,” says Vastint Latvia’s managing director Romāns Astahovs commenting on the project.

Vastint Latvia is part of the Vastint Group, an international real estate organisation with over 25 years of experience. It has been active in the Latvian real estate market since 2003. Concurrently with this project, Vastint Latvia is also developing the Magdelēnas kvartāls project in the city centre of Riga, where work on the first two residential buildings is expected to be launched soon. Additionally, the company has begun the redevelopment of the Albert Hotel into AC Hotels by Marriott as well as the ongoing construction of the Business Garden Rīga office park, next to the Lindenhoma project.
