Wileńska Express sets off
The Wileńska Express estate will be located close to Wileński station
POLAND Bouygues Immobilier Polska has announced the launch of the construction and sale of a residential project in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district.
The Wileńska Express residential estate is to be built near the Wileński railway station. The complex of three buildings with four to eight floors will include 307 apartments with mainly one and two-rooms, there will also be larger units, with three or four rooms, as well as three-level apartments with panoramic views of Warsaw. All the apartments will come with balconies or terraces. The building will also have an underground car park and retail and services on the ground level.

“Our project follows the trend for the revitalisation of the right-bank of Warsaw. The open space of the square, including the greenery, shops and the playground, is a reference to the traditional courtyards in Praga – where the life of the district has been focused for many years. This will be a place of social and family activity for the residents of the whole district,” explains Pierre-Vincent Pasquet, the director of Warsaw branch of Bouygues Immobilier Polska.

The estate is under construction on a plot formerly owned by the Przewozy Regionalne railway company. We published details of the preparations for the project a month ago.
