Workin gets working at Plac Zamkowy
Workin is to occupy two floors of the four storey building
POLAND Workin has leased a 1,830 sqm co-working space in the Plac Zamkowy - Business with Heritage building in Warsaw.

The company will take up the entire first floor and part of the second floor, according to ‘Eurobuild CEE’ sources. Senatorska Investment, which developed the building, is also to take up around 300 sqm office space in the building. Previously the company was based nearby on the corner of ul. Miodowa and Krakowskie Przedmiescie. Another tenant in the building is HolidayCheck Polska while the retail space is to be occupied by Rossmann, Abc and the Warszawski Sznyt restaurant. The building has four-storeys with 3,851 sqm of office space and 1,626 sqm of ground-floor retail space and was designed by the RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky.
