Last but one Riviera
The four buildings in the latest stage of the estate in Białołęka will contain 239 apartments
POLAND Marvipol Development has launched the sale of the apartments in the third stage of the Riviera Park project, which will soon be under construction near ul. Krzyżówki and ul. Płochocińska in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.
Four six-storey buildings are to be built with 239 (mainly one- and two-room) units.

“In the grounds of the estate there will be a recreation area, an outdoor gym, a playground as well as a multipurpose sports field and tennis court. As well as a green yard, there will also be walking and jogging paths within the estate,” reveals Mariusz Poławski, the deputy CEO of Marvipol Development.

The apartments available range from studios to four-room flats, each of which will be between 34 sqm and 80 sqm, with balconies or gardens. Prices per sqm start at PLN 6,260. The developer intends to launch the construction work in May, with the general contractor soon to be chosen. Around 60 pct of the 401 apartments in the previous two stages of the estate have already been sold.

“The brick and assembly work is now being carried out for two of the buildings in the second stage, while finishing work is also in progress on the five buildings of the first stage,” reveals Mariusz Poławski.

Over 900 apartments with a total usable area of over 46,000 sqm will eventually be built in all four stages of the project. The design has been prepared by the Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci studio, while the general contractor for the first two stages is Hochtief Polska.
