POLAND At the end of June Centrum Medyczne Gamma is to open a 600 sqm clinic on the ground floor of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building in Warsaw’s Czerniaków district.
“By acquiring another tenant we have moved closer to completing the leasing of the services section of the office building. The location chosen by Centrum Medyczne Gamma will be both convenient and available to patients all day,” comments Dariusz Sokołowski, the CEO of Spectra Development, the developer of the building.

Jems Architekci is responsible for the design of the project, while the general contractor is Hochtief Polska. CBRE is the exclusive leasing agent.
