Gamma clinic in Spectra building
The clinic will specialise in orthopaedic and neurosurgical treatment
POLAND At the end of June Centrum Medyczne Gamma is to open a 600 sqm clinic on the ground floor of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building in Warsaw’s Czerniaków district.

“By acquiring another tenant we have moved closer to completing the leasing of the services section of the office building. The location chosen by Centrum Medyczne Gamma will be both convenient and available to patients all day,” comments Dariusz Sokołowski, the CEO of Spectra Development, the developer of the building.

Centrum Medyczne Gamma, which is based in the city’s Żoliborz district, has a chain of specialist clinics comprising operating theatres, hospital wards, imaging diagnostics rooms and physiotherapeutic rooms under one roof. Its clinic at ul. Bobrowiecka 8 will provide orthopaedic treatment, neurosurgery, imaging diagnostics and rehabilitation.

“The medical centre will offer top standard comprehensive care in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, such as those of the spine,” explains Łukasz Wróblewski, the deputy CEO of Centrum Medyczne Gamma.

Bobrowiecka 8, which is close to completion, will contain 22,500 sqm of offices and more than 2,500 sqm of services space. It forms part of the mixed-use Bobrowiecka complex, which also includes two other buildings – the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 residential building. Jems Architekci is responsible for the design of the project, while the general contractor is Hochtief Polska. CBRE is the exclusive leasing agent.
