There is a 200 sqm common area on the roof with a view of Wawel Royal Castle.
POLAND Financial services provider State Street has leased almost the entire Big office project in Kraków.
The company will occupy 9,000 sqm in the 10,000 sqm buidling for ten years. The remaining 1,000 sqm of office space is yet to be leased. “Big is our first project in Kraków. We are pleased that it has been leased so quickly. It proves the great potential of the city. I can already say that we are going to announce another project there soon,” says Jarosław Zagórski the commercial and business development director in Ghelamco Poland. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant during the negotiations. “Our decision to open another office in Kraków highlights our commitment to Poland and is a testament to the skilled talent pool available in the country,” says Scott Newman, the managing director of State Street Bank International in Poland. The five-storey building will be ready in Q3 2018. On the ground floor it will have a retail and services area and the first floor will include a patio; additionally State Street employees will have access to terraces and a 200 sqm common area on the roof with a view of Wawel Royal Castle.
