HUNGARY Futureal Group has started the construction of the second stage of its Advance Tower office project on the Váci office corridor in Budapest.
The extension of the building will result in a further 8,000 sqm gla. The extension has already received Well precertification with a ‘Platinum’ rating and should be handed over in the second half of 2019. On completion the building will have a total of 20,000 sqm gla and the first stage is to be opened in June this year. The development includes an advanced BMS, automated shading and a roof garden. The building is also BREEAM certified. “Futureal Group’s Advance Tower, Corvin Technology Park (Corvin 5) and Budapest One office buildings account forover 100,000 sqm of office space in the Hungarian capital. These complexes are being developed on principles that have a beneficial effect on employees’ health and well-being. Innovations driven by the WELL Building Standard will define the office market for the next decade, and Advance Tower is one of its pioneers in Hungary and in Europe,” sayd Tibor Tatár, the CEO of Futureal.
