POLAND Dekada intends to build an office complex on a plot at ul. Czerniakowska 85/87 in Warsaw, which has been purchased from publishing house Agora.
The plot previously functioned as a car park (currently closed).

“The office complex will have a leasable area of app. 15,000 sqm and the leasing process is already underway,” reveals Aleksander Walczak, the CEO of Dekada.

One of the tenants will be Dentsu Aegis. Dekada also recently completed a project in Ujazdowski Park in Warsaw. “The project on ul. Piękna was completed at the end of last year. Desa Unicum has been operating from it for several months. Negotiations with potential tenants from the catering segment are now in progress,” Aleksander Walczak explains. It had originally been intended for the building to be ready in the spring of 2017.
