The building will have car parking facilities for 317 vehicles on the first two floors and on two underground levels. There will also be racks for334 bicycles as well as showers and locker rooms for cyclists The complex should eventually also include restaurants and a nursery school. Delivery is planned for around early Q4 2019. The complex, which is being developed by local developer Torus, was designed by the APA Wojciechowski studio from Warsaw. LEED compliance is the responsibility of Architects & Consultants / AVA Agnes Vorbrodt & Associates.
