The Baroque building with a classicist façade was the property of Michał Kazimierz Pac
LITHUANIA The Hotel Pacai of the Design Hotels chain is to open in the Pac Palace in the Old Town of Vilnius in May 2018.

Commonly regarded as one of the most magnificent mansion in the former Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the building has been converted into a hotel with 104 guest rooms, four conference halls, a lounge bar, a bistro with seating for 38 and the New Baltic restaurant run by Danish TV cook Claus Meyer with seating for 43. The hotel will also feature a spa and a gym.

The Baroque building with a classicist façade was the property of Michał Kazimierz Pac (1624-1682) and comprises four wings surrounding an inner courtyard, where future artistic events could be held. Its present form was created by Lithuanian architect Saulius Mikštas through the conversion and extension of previous structures on the site, from which original details such as frescoes and statues were kept.

Design Hotels is a publicly traded company providing hospitality services to a network of over 300 independently owned small boutique and luxury hotels in over 50 countries worldwide.
