Ania covers the Baltic states’ real estate markets, architecture and urban planning in Warsaw as well as interior design. She is also the co-founder of Eurobuild TV. Among others, she has been employed by TVN CNBC, PAP Insider, WBJ (The Observer), Poland Monthly and IMM. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in international relations. RUSSIA Yit has started a residential project in Lytkarino, Moscow Oblast, Russia.

The project has been divided into three sections with apartment blocks of 17 storeys and 306 apartments ranging in size from studios to two bedrooms. Construction will be completed in July 2019.

The investment cost of the project is around EUR 13.5 mln and it will be entered into the books for the first quarter of the year. The complex is close to water, woodland, modern sport facilities, schools and other services. The area is easily accessible from Moscow.
