Putting a bed in the office
Par-Tower used to be a class B office building with around 7,000 sqm
POLAND MF Capital is converting an office building into a hotel.

Par-Tower on ul. Kasprzaka in Warsaw’s Wola district of Warsaw will be transformed into a modern hotel by asset manager MF Capital on behalf of a Luxembourg-based fund. After the refurbishment, the building will be managed by an international hotel operator that has yet to be announced. Par-Tower used to be a class B office building with around 7,000 sqm.
