POLAND Echo Investment is launching its third bond issue for private investors.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority has approved the prospectus, with which the company is to issue bonds worth up to PLN 400 mln. “We currently have 1.1 mln sqm of offices, apartments, retail and utility space under construction or in preparation and we are thus continuing to expand our company while following our strategy for profitable growth. The funds raised from the bonds will be used to finance our business plans,” says Maciej Drozd, the vice-president of Echo Investment for finance. Echo Investment has already completed two bond issues for private investors. The 2014 issue was worth PLN 200 mln and in 2017 the company issued bonds worth a further PLN 300 mln.
