DSV moves to Pomeranian Logistics Centre
The Pomeranian Logistics Centre is located in the immediate vicinity of the DCT deep-water terminal

POLAND Danish transport and logistics company DSV Solutions has leased 9,000 sqm of warehouse space at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre, owned by Goodman nine km north-east of Gdańsk. The company is to relocate from Prologis Park Gdańsk.

"One of the key factors that encouraged DSV to decide in favour of the Pomeranian Logistics Centre was the location. The investment is located in close proximity to the DCT container terminal in Gdańsk as well as being within easy reach of the S6 express road and A1 motorway. What is more, Goodman proposed flexible solutions in terms of space arrangement along with the option to adapt it to the specific needs of DSV Solutions, which was of the utmost importance for our client. We look forward to continuing our work with DSV and supporting the company in its future development in Poland”, comments Mateusz Iłowiecki, a senior consultant, at JLL, who advised the tenant.
The Pomeranian Logistics Centre is a multimodal logistics centre, linking Poland with other countries by means of road, rail and ship. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the DCT deep-water terminal, the largest container terminal in Poland, which regularly handles freight traffic from and to major ports including those in Asia. The complex is owned by Goodman. DSV is also a tenant in Goodman’s centre in Sosnowiec.
