Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

Marvipol and Panattoni to build park in Sękocin
The centre to comprise 38,000 sqm in two class A warehouse buildings
POLAND PDC Industrial Center 94, a joint venture of Marvipol and Panattoni, is to develop a warehouse park in Sękocin, near the Janki interchange on the S8 expressway.

Panattoni previously announced the Panattoni Park Warsaw South on its website with the centre to comprise 38,000 sqm in two class A warehouse buildings. Panattoni Development Europe is to be responsible for managing the construction and selecting the contractor. The project is conditional obtaining the necessary permits and on the purchase of the land, for which Marvipol Logistics has provided the SPV with a loan of EUR 6.4 mln.
