Norwegian embassy now in Focus
The Focus building was designed by APA Kuryłowicz & Associates

POLAND The Royal Norwegian Embassy has temporarily leased 700 sqm in Warsaw’s Focus office building in a deal brokered by Knight Frank.

“We are pleased to have found functional office space relatively close to our historic premises at Chopina 2A,” says Olav Myklebust, the ambassador of Norway in Poland.

“It was a real challenge to find premises suitable for the embassy in terms of the additional security required ina suitably prestigious building. In Focus we found a great match and a landlord that was very cooperative in helping us achieve a fantastic result,” said Hamish Potts, the associate director at Knight Frank’s tenant representation department.

The twelve-storey building designed by APA Kuryłowicz & Associates provides a total of 34,000 sqm gla.
