R34 on ul. Gintrowskiego 34

POLAND Triuva has prolonged three leases for a combined 1,600 sqm in two office buildings in Warsaw.

IT company Bonair, will continue to occupy 1,100 sqm of office space in R34 on ul. Gintrowskiego 34. “We have been in this location in the R34 building for years and over this period both the Warsaw office market and our requirements have changed. We are glad that during the negotiations we managed to come to an arrangement that would be beneficial for both companies. What was important to us was a common vision for modernising and enhancing the space we occupy,” says Przemysław Majtyka, the director of operations at Bonair.

Another tenant that has decided to stay in the same building is E-Tec Power Management, which creates unbroken power systems for data centres. The company leases 200 sqm of space. Additionally an undisclosed tenant also prolonged its 300 sqm lease in the N21 buiilding on ul. Nowogrodzka 21 in the centre of Warsaw.
