Topping off at Domaniewska
POLAND Skanska’s Holm House residential project in Warsaw's Mokotów district has been topped off and now finishing work has begun on the nine-storey building. The development is to be delivered in the last quarter of this year.

“We have reached the shell stage of the building. Now intense work has begun on the window joinery, installations and the plastering. We have also signed an agreement with a contractor for the exterior façades and balustrades,” state Tomasz Banaś, a project manager at Skanska Residential Development Poland. The Holm House building stands between the Wierzbno and Wilanowska metro stations ul. Domaniewska. Eventually it will include 147 apartments with areas of between 36 sqm and 114 sqm as well as service outlets. Under the building there will be parking and storage facilities on two levels. The completion of construction work is planned for Q3 2018. The design is by the HRA Architekci architectural studio. The project is BREEAM certified and holds a Building without Barriers certificate.
