Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

Equator II includes more than 21,000 sqm of modern office space
POLAND Pharmaceutical company Alfasigma Polska has renewed its 500 sqm lease at the Equator II office building in Warsaw’s Ochota district.
The company was established in 2017 as a result of the merger of two Italian pharmaceutical groups Alfa Wassermann and Sigma-Tau, “We decided to remain in Equator II, but our offices needs rearrangement and a fresh makeover so that it fits the nature of our business,” said Tomasz Sobczyk of Alfasigma. The company operates in 18 countries worldwide, including the US, China, Russia and many European countries, and it employs around 2,800 staff. “We are pleased that Alfasigma is thriving and that we have secured the best possible terms for its new lease,” said Justyna Szymczak, an advisor from Cresa Poland, who represented the tenant.

Equator II includes more than 21,000 sqm of modern office space over 14 floors and also has over 250 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park. Its largest tenants include Medicover, WSiP, Bluesoft, AON and Regus. The owner of the building is Karimpol.
