DSV starts HQ construction

Eurobuild CEE 14 May 2018
POLAND As previously revealed in this publication, Danish logistics giant DSV has begun the construction of its Polish head office building in Warsaw’s Służewiec district.
This will include the DSV International Shared Services centre. The seven-storey, 30,000 sqm office building is to be built at the junction of ul. Taśmowa and ul. Marynarska.

“DSV ISS has been growing dynamically. Each month we employ scores of new people, and as a result the range of our company’s competences is increasingly wide,” claims Thomas Jansson, the CEO of DSV ISS. “We are beginning the construction of our new location, which will give us the room for further growth and will be a visible confirmation of our achievements on the market,” he adds.

The office building is to be constructed by a consortium of FineTech Construction and Fundamental Group. Portico Project Management has been appointed project manager. The building, which will accommodate over 1,500 people, should be ready in Q1 2020.
