WeWork comes to Cedet
WeWork is to open its twelfth European location
POLAND Coworking office space provider WeWork is to move into the recently opened Cedet building in Warsaw with a lease of 3,900 sqm on the first and second floors.

The tenant will also have an internal 275 sqm patio for its sole use. The Cedet building, which has been recently redeveloped by Immobel Polska, will be WeWork’s twelfth European location. The US-based company is already present in such cities as London, Manchester, Madrid, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Paris.

At Immobel Poland, we are proud that it is our company that introduces this exceptional brand to the Polish market. The modernised and modified Cedet turned out to be the best location in Warsaw. We joined this investment with a business that looks for unique spaces in mind. Our intention from the beginning was to restore the original character of the building, ‘one of the city’s business landmarks and a meeting place for its residents’, says Jacek Wachowicz, the president of Immobel Poland.
