Tece doubles in size in Pęcz
The new factory is to be built by WPIP
POLAND Sanitary systems producer Tece has started the construction of a production plant in Pęcz near Strzelin in Lower Silesia.

This is the German company’s second large investment in Poland. The complex is being built next to the company’s existing factory doubling the existing production space.

A production and storage hall of 11,500 sqm is under construction with around 1,000 sqm of office space. The project also entails the construction of around 7.5 sqm of internal and external roads. The factory building is to be steel-framed while the office segment is to be built of brick and reinforced concrete. The general contractor is WPIP and the contract is worth nearly PLN 29 mln. Work on the complex will take 11 months with completion scheduled for Q1/ Q2 2019.
