Tomek graduated from the faculty of modern languages at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he also started his journalist career in the late 1980s. He has worked in the real estate press since 2005, covering the residential market for ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine as well as the new technologies and property management sectors. Sometimes he can be heard on Polish Radio 2, where he reviews the press on the morning programme. At other times he can be seen in the Bieszczady or Beskid Niski mountains, where he enjoys rambling with no fixed purpose or destination in mind.

Murapol starts on  Śląskie Ogrody
The apartments should be handed over in the final quarter of 2019
POLAND The Murapol Group has purchased a PLN 4.5 mln property of almost 0.9 ha on ul. Bytkowska in Katowice for its Murapol Śląskie Ogrody project and has also launched apartment sales.

The apartments, in what will be a six-storey block range, from studios to seven room apartments and will range in size from 25 sqm to 62 sqm. The development will have a total useable area of around 8,500 sqm as well as 202 underground parking spaces. The is by Murapol Architects Drive, which is the architectural studio of the Abadon Real Estate Group. Construction work is scheduled to start at the beginning of July this year, and the apartments should be handed over in the final quarter of 2019.
