Mostostal Zabrze selling Katowice sites
The largest site up for sale is 4.8 ha
POLAND Mostostal Zabrze is has decided to sell ​​more than 7 ha in the north-eastern part of Katowice.

The largest site is located at ul. Lwowska 38, which consists of 12 plots over a total of ​​4.8 ha. Pinnacle (now P3) had previously been interested in the site, which is partly built-up with storage buildings.

“The excellent location of the property close to the junction of ul. Lwowska and ul. Bagienna and the eventually connection with the A4 motorway provide an opportunity for the development for urban logistics, such as City Link multifunctional business parks with flexible exhibition and commercial space combined with warehouse and office modules,” claims Piotr Podkocki of the sales and leasing department of Mostostal Zabrze.

There is no local zoning plan for the area, but according to the study, the property is designated for services and production. The two other properties Mostostal Zabrze intends to sell in this part of the city are covered by zoning plans. One of these is ​​a 1.6 ha plot at ul. Roździeńska 28, which currently has a 650 sqm office building. According to the zoning plan, the land has been designated for the development of services. The third property to be sold includes two undeveloped plots at ul. Wandy 16: one of 0.27 ha and the other of 0.3 ha. According to the local zoning plan, this land is designated for production, services and warehouse development.

Mostostal Zabrze is selling the properties as part of its restructuring and asset optimisation programme, which involves the disposal of unproductive assets and those that are surplus to requirements. The sales process for all the properties is now open and there will be no auction.
