POLAND Warsaw’s Regional Director of Environmental Protection has issued the environmental conditions for the construction of a skyscraper at ul. Emilii Plater 51 in Warsaw – on the site of the now demolished Emilia furniture store (locally known as ‘Emilka’).
It sets the environmental conditions for the implementation of the service and office project. According to the document, which was issued on May 8th, a 164m building can be built on the plot with 40 above-ground and four underground storeys, where a car park for about 103 cars could be built.

Emilia Development is responsible for the implementation of the project, which will be taken over by international investor Globalworth Polska (formerly Griffin Premium RE). The latter company is currently carrying out due diligence for the takeover.
