30,000 sqm lease in Zielona Góra
Expondo will be able to move into the complex in October
POLAND E-commerce retailer Expondo Polska has leased app. 30,000 sqm of space in the Panattoni Park Zielona Góra logistics park, which is currently under development in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone.

The tenant will be able to move into the complex in October.

The park is to comprise four buildings at full build-out totalling 75,000 sqm. Currently stage one of the project is underway, comprising two multi-tenanted buildings os 30,000 sqm and 17,000 sqm, as well as 1,900 sqm of BTS space. The tenants include wheelchair component Reac Components, and logistics operators Fiege and Pekaes, for whom a special cross-dock was installed.

“The success of Zielona Góra, and also of our distribution centre, when considering the time it took for the space in building one to be taken up, is definitely down to its location in the west of Poland close to the German border and also the S3 expressway. Another factor that cannot be disregarded is the enormous potential created by the city’s universities as well as the special economic zones and industrial parks around the voivodeship. All these factors contribute to the fact that many international companies (including German, Scandinavian, Dutch, Swiss and others) look to this market as an investment destination,” says Dorota Jagodzińska, the managing director of Panattoni Europe.
