Co-working at Sky Tower
The 50-storey skyscraper in Wrocław is 212m in height
POLAND A conference and co-working zone is being planned for the Sky Tower office building in Wrocław.
The owner of the building, LC Corp, is looking for an operator interested in cooperating over the scheme. The new zone could take up 3,300 sqm on the first floor of the building. Users of the space will have access to such amenities available in the building as the fitness centre, the bowling alley, the food court and the viewing terrace. There is a shopping arcade on the ground floor and the first floor of the building.

“We have been receiving increasing signals from our current tenants and external clients of their need to rent conference rooms and co-working space for holding meetings with business partners in a prestigious location. Not all of our tenants have their own conference rooms and some are too small to hold large meetings. Hence there have been many queries about the possibility of renting space for a few hours or even days. In order to meet this demand, we want to be able to provide such facilities and so we are looking for a professional operator to take care of it,” explains Piotr Pirogowicz, the director of the commercialisation department at LC Corp.

Sky Tower is an office tower with residential and retail/services sections. It is 212m in height and has 50 floors.
