Three tenants in Park Beskid
The park comprises around 29,000 sqm
POLAND JAS-FBG, Raben and DPD have signed leases with 7R and will occupy a total of 14,000 sqm in 7R Park Beskid in Czechowice-Dziedzice.

The park, which is one of the developer’s latest projects, comprises around 29,000 sqm.

“We are seeing a lot of demand for 7R Beskid Park, mainly because of its excellent location, which is valued by large logistics operators and as a result as much as 50 pct of the area has already been commercialised,” claims Joanna Ociepka-Wojciechowska of 7R.

JAS-FBG has leased around 5,000 sqm in the park. “The centre in Czechowice-Dziedzice will expand our contract logistics capabilities and it will give us more access to clients in the Podbeskidzie region,” says Daniel Chodukiewicz from JAS-FBG.

Raben has signed a lease for 4,000 sqm. “We are pleased with the facilities provided by 7R. The cross-dock building, additional parking spaces for the lorries waiting for loading and the DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) lighting will allow us to work efficiently and maximally,” says Małgorzata Kacyrz, the head of the Raben Logistics Polska branch in Czechowice-Dziedzice.

“We decided to rent 5,000 sqm in the 7R Beskid Park due to its convenient location near the border with the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which will improve international transport. The developer has adapted to our requirements by providing all necessary amenities,” comments Małgorzata Maj, the spokesperson at DPD Polska
