E.Leclerc and Frac join forces
The chains will cooperate in such areas as negotiating prices with suppliers
POLAND The E.Leclerc Group has signed a letter of intent with the Frac chain to enter into a partnership for the Polish market.
This will involve jointly negotiating business terms with the suppliers of both chains.

“Joining forces will allow the partners to offer even more competitive prices to customers,” according to an announcement by both companies.

The agreement will come into force after consent is given by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
