The mixed-use complex in Olsztyn will have residential, services, office and hotel sections
POLAND Construction work is set to officially begin on the Centaurus mixed-use project in Olsztyn.
The development comprises class 'A' offices (8,500 sqm), apartments, and a hotel and a services section (5,000 sqm) with a fitness club, restaurant and spa & beauty services.

The residential section will be made up of three blocks (6, 17 and 18 floors), with a total of 178 flats, including 50 luxury apartments. The 105-room hotel is to operate under the Hampton by Hilton brand. Architect Andrzej Kapuścik (who designed Sea Towers in Gdynia) is the designer of the complex. Initial work on the project began last August.
