Skanska sparks up
The top level of building C features a terrace, which is available to tenants
POLAND The Skanska Group moved to the newly built C building of its Spark development in Warsaw's Wola district.
The building will house all the group’s divisions – construction, office development and residential development, who will occupy 7,400 sqm in total. The building has 12,300 sqm of leasable space, with only area on the three upper floors still available.

The leasing process for building B, which reached its highest construction point in May, is also in progress. The building should be ready next year. The launch of work on the tower building – the third and final stage – depends on the progress of the leasing of the entire complex.

Spark will consist of three buildings with a target leasable area of 70,000 sqm. It is located on ul. Wolska on a wedge-shaped area locally known as ‘serek wolski’ bounded by al. Solidarności and ul. Towarowa. The area around the building, which will feature an amphitheatre, an exercise zone and trampolines, will be made available to employees and residents. Spark is currently undergoing Well certification.
